Our Story
Kelly Greene: With over 25 years of experience in the field, Kelly brings a deep understanding of both people and processes to her work. Before founding A Core Connection, she held key leadership roles including Operations Director and Human Resources Manager, where she honed her expertise in organizational management and team development. Kelly's strength lies in building efficient, ethical systems that support quality care and a healthy workplace culture. Her operational insight ensures that A Core Connection remains a trusted agency—one that prioritizes integrity, accountability, and the well-being of both clients and staff.

Jessica Cardoza: Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in the field. Since beginning her career in 2009, she has served in a variety of roles that reflect her depth of knowledge and dedication to client-centered care. Prior to co-founding A Core Connection, Jessica served as an ABA Director, where she successfully developed and launched an early intervention clinic, and worked extensively as an In-Home Behavior Analyst. Her comprehensive clinical expertise, combined with a passion for ethical and effective treatment, continues to guide the high standards of care delivered at A Core Connection.
