Behavior Analysts & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

At A Core Connection, our Behavior Analysts and RBTs provide high-quality ABA services across a variety of settings to best support our clients’ needs. Services include in-home, in-school, consultation, and clinic-based therapy in our Longwood and Orlando, FL locations.
Our clinic-based services focus on 1:1 direct therapy, skill-building, and parent training, while community-based services allow for meaningful interventions in natural environments. We value collaboration, consistency, and a client-centered approach in every setting.

Credentials & Requirements
​
For Behavior Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA):
-
Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
-
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a behavior analysis-related field
-
Strong clinical skills and experience with individualized treatment planning and supervision

For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
-
Current and active RBT certification in good standing
-
Reliable, professional, and passionate about working with children and families
-
Experience with ABA preferred, but not required

Licensed Assessor
​
Our Licensed Assessors play a vital role in helping clients access services by conducting one-time, in-home clinical assessments for individuals assigned to unlicensed clinicians. These evaluations ensure appropriate care planning and compliance with clinical and insurance requirements.
This is a flexible, evaluation-only role—no ongoing therapy or caseload responsibilities.

Qualifications

Current Florida license in a behavioral health field is required:
