Applied Behavior Analysis is a method of therapy used to improve or change specific behaviors. It is most commonly used to treat developmental disorders but can also be used to treat a lot of mental health issues as well. Behavior Analysis assesses individuals with behavioral concerns, study changes the environment has on behavior, or implement plans to fix unwanted behaviors.
Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst that has been practicing in the field since 2009. Prior to A Core Connection she held various positions which included being an ABA Director that developed and launched an ABA early intervention clinic and also was an In-Home Behavior Analyst.
Kelly has been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years. Prior to A Core Connection she has worked for other mental health agencies as an Operations Director, Office Manager, Human Resources Manager, Program Coordinator, and Program Manager.
